The Rossiter System is a series of deep tissue stretches designed to loosen tight fascia (connective tissue). It helps eliminate new and old pain from your body and restores your natural ease of movement.

Some areas this is particularly helpful for are: Neck and Shoulder Pain, Low Back Pain, Elbow and Wrist Pain, Knee Pain, Foot and Ankle Pain - including heel spurs and Plantar Fasciitis.

If you are looking for stretching for injury recovery, for injury prevention or to increase mobility and increase flexibility, Rossiter's unique two-person stretches are powerful and effective.

They are just as helpful for athletes as they are for the average person of any age to keep moving comfortably and painlessly.

Most Clients call this the Ultimate Stretch - the type of stretching their bodies have been longing for but they didn't know how to achieve.

Plan on 3 closely spaced workouts for maximum impact (within a week). One for initial relief and two more to retrain your body and keep the pain and tightness away. Chronic problems will take longer. After all, you didn't develop them over night!

Rossiter Workouts - $50 for 15 min

Rossiter workouts are fast moving, often intense, and short - by design and necessity.


The stretches are powerful, changing large areas of tight connective tissue at a time. Your body needs to be able to assimilate those changes for lasting results, and working too much at a time can just burn you out.

We discuss your situation before and after - allow about 5 minutes total. THEN the clock starts for the 15 minute Workout. (Total Session Time is 20 minutes.)

    Here's how we do the actual workout:
  • We do a stretch or two.
  • You test it out by moving.
  • You figure out "What happened" - good, bad or indifferent.
  • We do the next stretches based on your observations.
  • You test it out...

To maximize your time and minimize your cost, bring a friend or a few friends for an extended session.

It's $50 for 15 minutes for each person. (Plus 5 min each to discuss each person's needs.) We just add the workout times together - so it's 30 minutes with two, 45 minutes with three...

While one person is stretching, the other(s) have more time to explore the changes before their next stretch, so the stretching time is used more efficiently.

* Note: because Rossiter stretches are so powerful 15 minutes of stretching per workout is plenty! Anything more will often overdue it, like jumping into too much of a workout at the gym. You'll feel great initally, then probably really sore!

These personalized workshops give you an opportunity to learn some very effective power stretches that you can do just about any time, any place. Once you've gotten your body where you want it, in terms of comfortable movement and maximized performance, there's no reason you and your friends can't learn to keep each other in good shape - and save time and money!

Upper Body Stretches - 2 hour Mini Workshop - $75 per person*
You and a stretching partner will learn the basics of The Rossiter System as well as learn to confidently use any of a variety of stretches that loosen tightness in neck and shoulders, upper back, arms, elbows, wrists or hands. Each workshop is different as the stretches we cover will be determined by the needs of the participants.

Lower Body Stretches - 2 hour Mini Workshop - $75 per person*
You'll learn the basics of The Rossiter System and how (and when) to use some powerful Rossiter stretches to quickly achieve more movement and flexibility in your lower body. Depending on the needs of the participants, we may cover any of the following: low back and hips, hamstring and groin pulls, tight IT Bands, knee pain, calfs, ankles and feet - including a fantastic fix for plantar fasciitis and heel pain.
Note: If you've had low back surgery or cortisone shots in your low back region, Rossiter for Low Back Pain is available only in private sessions with me.
