The Rossiter System is a fast, safe, effective method of bodywork that evolved from Rolfing to help you loosen tight, painful areas of muscles and joints so you can be comfortable in your body. Its the Ultimate Deep Tissue work.
Rossiter System Workouts are comprised of powerful two person stretches. I apply controlled weight to specific areas and talk you through precise movements to help provide fast, effective change. Together we are putting back the natural space that your body requires to move freely and comfortably.
We work on a low, padded platform in my studio or a mat on the floor elsewhere, so wear comfortable clothes. Sessions are short because of the intensity of the work and progress for most people is quick and profound.

Once you've tried it, if you want to learn how to do the stretches with a partner, ask me about workshops. I teach them in 2hour and 2-3 day sessions.
